No. We have worked with providers to allow unlimited calls to your hotline.

Why do sms messages cost?
fieldstatus believes in maintaining total control of sms message delivery. Other services that use "email" to deliver messages cannot assure you of this. You wouldn't want to get a status update 1 hour late, would you?

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. fieldstatus is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month.

Can I use my existing hotline?
Yes. fieldstatus will work with you to port your existing number to our provider.

What is the mobile update feature?
The mobile update feature allows you simply and conveniently update the status of the field from your mobile phone, even if you are at the field. No more running home to update the website.

What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We only accept payments online.
